SMOLLZ is a South African online store based in Johannesburg selling fashion , beauty and home products.

All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in South African Rand(ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change prices, limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred due to system errors or incorrect capturing.
You are encouraged to contact us to report any possible malfunctions or errors.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm your details are correct. All orders are subject to payment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock errors, pricing errors or suspected fraud , refer to refund/return policy. We use a secure payment gateway. Your card details are not stored by SMOLLZ.

As per our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You may refer to our shipping policy for further information.
At Smollz we strive to save you money as much as possible. Thus, we may include third party courier services that allow you to save on courier charges, by making use of these third-party courier services you agree to bear the responsibility and liability of using such delivery services. Although offered by Smollz we are not liable for the delay and loss caused by these services.
5. Returns and refunds
As per our Return Policy. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering as we do not offer exchanges/returns/refunds for incorrect size selection. Customer pays return fee unless the item is faulty. To start a return email SMOLLZ at info@smollz.co.za
