General

We deliver all over south Africa.

Currently delivery is only available within South Africa.

The customer is liable for the cost of delivery.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after pay confirmation.

Delivery Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

 We offer nationwide delivery in south Africa via the following methods:

·        Courier Door to Door  : 2-5 business days( R120 – R160)

·        PAXI : 7-9 business days (R69 – R110)

·        PUDO: 5-7 business days (69 – 110)

Please note that estimated delivery times commence after order processing.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp/Email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in the product price. Costs vary based on delivery method and location.

Collections

We are an online-only store based in Johannesburg . We do not offer in -person collection or drop offs currently.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While SMOLLZ SA will assist in tracking all parcels, we are not liable for delays caused by third- party logistics providers (PAXI, PUDO, Courier Guy).
